Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

All original packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings or intimate accessories may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@rubire.com within 14 days of delivery.
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rubire cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will ensure the issue is resolved promptly, either through a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved.
